Job Scope & Responsibilities 13;
Reporting to the SEA Finance Lead, the main responsibilities include:-
-Manages GL accounting by compiles and analyzes financial information through preparation of reports, general ledger entries and journal entries
-Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation
-Manage Inter-company transactions and reconciliations, ensure intercompany process in compliance with Corporate requirements
-Ensure compliance with Corporate reporting standards and accounting treatment
-Responsible for vendor accounting and payment process
-Cash flow management
-Responsible for Fixed Asset management and control
-Responsible for Inventory costing and control
-Assisting in preparation of financial statements, audit and income tax schedules
-Provide financial planning and analyst support to sales managers
-Perform and participate on other adhoc tasks assigned
Education and Experience 13;
-Possess a degree in Accountancy or equivalent and CPA qualification
-At least 5 years of relevant MNC working experience in a similar capacity
-Experienced both in Manufacturing and Corporate offices,
-Must have a level of business acumen such as knowledge of P&L levers
-Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in other Microsoft Word and PowerPoint would be essential
-Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred

-Highly analytical with a strong sense of numbers, with a sharp eye for detail, and good organizational skills
-Quick learner of new systems and processes
-Possess good communication skills

-Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, diverse and changing environment
