Key responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and generate regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends and variances.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
Create and manage annual budgets in collaboration with various departments.
Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying and addressing any deviations.
Preparation of reports daily, weekly and monthly which include but are not limited to sales analysis, food and beverages cost reports, monthly management accounts.
Management and control of all banking related transactions within the Hospitality Division.
Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate and participate in financial audits as needed.
Oversee cash flow management, including funding requirements and cash reserves.
Ensure the financing process is smooth and compliant with all legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA is preferred but not required
With 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role or in a management level position; strong people management capacity
At least 5 years' experience in complete cycle in accounting, preparation of financial report, end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filings of government regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR, PEZA, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
