REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA a plus.
2. With at least 10 years of combined accounting and audit experience from one of the Big4 Accounting firms and/or the private sector
3. Experience with retail or manufacturing setup an advantage.
4. Experience in using Netsuite or other ERPs an advantage.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with passion, integrity, and grit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manage the Finance and accounting group operations
2. Preparation of the corporate financial statements and other statutory accounting reports.
3. Preparation of internal management reports as well as providing financial analysis and regular monthly financial updates.
4. Cash flow management, including release of daily cash position report.
5. GL accounts management.
6. Facilitate the build up of the annual financial budget and monitoring of targets during the year.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding issues and projects impacting the corporate financials and expense management.
8. Handles the annual financial audit and deals directly with the external auditors.
9. Oversees the tax and regulatory compliance of the entities.
10. Assists the Director of Finance for other Finance duties as necessary.
