One of the prestigious business hotels in the heart of Cebu City is currently in need of the following positions to join the team:
 
FINANCE MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Degree in finance/accounting or related course. 
2 - 4 years of work experience at a Finance Managerial or Supervisory Level
Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations. 
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 
Must know how to process Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Returns of the BIR and other Statutory Requirements
Proven knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management
Recommend financial changes and adjustments
Developing procedures
Implementing best means of cost reduction
Performs a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company
Good interpersonal relationship
Results driven
Strong demonstrated use of MS Office especially Excel and accounting software
Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions
Effective verbal and written communication skills and comfortable with interacting with all levels of management
