Job Description
As the Finance Manager, you will:
Direct and oversee all financial activities including financial reporting, internal controls, tax and statutory compliance for the country
Responsible for appraising country operating results in terms of costs, budgets and trends for future business growth and general economic outlook
Cashflow management
Finance business partnering
HR operations and payroll support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
A graduate or degree holder in BS Accounting or Finance, ACA, CIMMA
PRC licensed CPA is preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business partnering role, preferably with freight forwarding/logistic experience
Technical
Has strong financial background and management skills
Posses good analytical skills and organizational skills
Must have experience in use of Cargowise and HFM is desirable
Has strong knowledge in Excel (vlookups/pivot tables/formulae) and PowerPoint skills are required
Human Relations
Has the ability to work cross functionally and with the attitude of "can do" in a fast-paced environment
Independent and solutions minded and ability to lead change
Mindset of continuous process improvement and leadership
