Responsibilities:
1. Overall financial management such as but not limited to financial reporting system, taxation, budgets and forecasting, AP and AR, cash flows, investments, bank transactions, purchasing, and other related financial operations and functions.
2. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislations.
3. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
4. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, collection, bank reconciliation, purchasing, payroll and other transactions.
5. Manage general administration services and maintenance of office facilities including company assets monitoring, office sanitation, messengerial services and related administrative functions.
6. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership team.
7. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
8. Supervision and development of Finance & Admin Department staff.
9. Performs related roles and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
