Job Summary:
Daily finance activities of Finance & Accounting Group.
Ensuring that collection efficiency targets are achieved.
Cost management by reviewing and analyzing the variances against the approved budget.
Assessing risk in investment.
Cash management and allocation of resources.
Ensuring all activities complies with the regulations with all government agencies.
Review the draft of Audited Financial Statement prior to the approval of the Board of Directors.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, licensed CPA.
With MBA degree or with certification as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant is a plus
At least 3-5 (three to five) years managerial experience is a must for the position at hand.
Proven work experience as Head of Finance
Relevant work experience in a farm industry is an advantage
Excellent knowledge in data analysis and forecasting
In-depth understanding of cash management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
Hand-on experience in decision-making skills and risk management
Knowledgeable in any ERP or platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.) or proficient in any accounting software
Must be willing to work in Ladislawa Buhangin Davao Del Sur.
