Responsibilities
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Manage all financial transactions including monitoring and control of disbursements, settlement of receivables, and ensuring propriety of all banking/cash transactions
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly management reporting and ensure account reconciliations are completed to quality standards on a timely basis each month
Establish and enforce accounting and finance policies and standardized operating procedures, including internal controls for minimizing financial risk to REPH
Oversee the payroll function, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations
Understand and adhere to statutory and compliance requirements of the various regulatory agencies such as the BIR, PEZA, SEC, BSP, NSO and others
Oversee internal and external audits, including BIR and PEZA audits, and ensure the timely and accurate completion and filing of reports and/or the appropriate disposition of findings and recommendations
Work and collaborate with cross-functional and divisional groups, including Commercial Finance team and other RELX Finance colleagues, to achieve established goals and objectives
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, accounting, banking, and other financial needs as necessary
Drive operational effectiveness programs for REPH Finance that will address operational challenges, improve process efficiencies, and optimize use of company resources
Exercise full management authority over the Finance Team, including performance reviews, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions, in accordance with company policies
Others as may be assigned or determined
