Job Summary
The Finance Manager will take the lead in handling the finance arm of Ortigas Land's estates and property managment group. S/he will be managing finance-related activities involving but not limited to financial management and reporting, budget, controls, and analysis, ensuring effective utilization and administration of manpower and material resources within his/her jurisdiction, and other related functions.
Requirements/Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Finance/Accounting
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least 8-10 years of working experience in finance, specifically in the Real Estate and/or Property Management industry
Has a supervisory/managerial background
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
