Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Must be Preferred in Construction Background
Job Description: The Finance Manager is responsible to lead the finance team in financial reporting and processes, taxation, and internal control. The candidate must have the following competencies:
Expertise in all areas of regulatory and tax compliance and BIR audit
Working knowledge on local taxes and permits applicable to project's LGU
Working knowledge on computerized accounting system and online banking cash management
Technical knowledge and competence in the areas of project cost accounting, budget planning, Billings contract progress billings, financial accounting, financial planning and forecasting, credit, and controls.
Must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all types of project engineering management contracts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Finance Management.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
Preferably with Master in Business Administration/Management
Minimum five (5) years of actual work experience in Construction Companies, as a Comptroller and/or Finance Manager.
