Position Title: Finance Manager (for managed hotels and condo corp)
Reports to: Corporate Group Controller
Property : Hospitality Innovators, Inc. - Corporate Office
Location : Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Summary Responsibilities :
Responsible for the management of funds with the goal of maximizing returns and minimizing risks by preparing the financial statement and analysis, recommending necessary actions , implementing controls, and managing accounting office operations.

Requirements:

» Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or significant field.
» A minimum of 3 years' practice in hospitality (i.e. hotels, serviced residences, boutique hotel, resorts) and property management (i.e. condo, real estate, residential)
» Strong expertise of industry processes and regulations.
» Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
» An analytical mindset with excellent organizational expertise.
» Certified Public Accountant
