Position Title: Finance Manager (for managed hotels and condo corp)
Reports to: Corporate Group Controller
Property: Hospitality Innovators, Inc. - Corporate Office
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Summary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of funds with the goal of maximizing returns and minimizing risks by preparing the financial statement and analysis, recommending necessary actions , implementing controls, and managing accounting office operations.

Oversees Hospitality Innovators, Inc's managed hotels, serviced residences and condominium corporation
Attend trainings and seminars
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality (i.e. hotels, serviced residences, boutique hotel, resorts) and property management (i.e. condo, real estate, residential)
Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
