Job Functions:
• Oversee, manage, process, and analyze finances on developing, constructing, and selling of
condominiums.
• Prepare and implement financial strategy in the aspects of taxation, costing, and project management.
• Prepares and presents comprehensive financial reports to top management.
• Derives necessary pricing and costing.
• Collaborates with owners, sales / marketing heads, and accredited agents to successfully market and
sell condominium units and commercial spaces at a competitive pricing method.
• Prepares, process, and files payment of necessary fees and taxes for the development of mid-rise
condominiums.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Public Account.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience on project management, cost accounting, taxation, and
financial reporting.
• With vast experience in handling finances, taxation, costing, and reporting of condominium
development.
