Job Qualifications
3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance
High Proficiency in financial modeling techniques
Proven work experience in financial reporting, financial statements and variance analysis
Advance knowledge in MS Excel amd proven experience with SAP
Experience in handling a construction business is an advantage
Responsibilities
Project budget and monitoring
Accounting and taxation
Responsible for annual audit preparation
Monitors company budget
Monthly reports to BIR, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF
Analyze profitability of project
Monitors accounts receivables and accounts payable
Supervise accounting department, purchasing, payroll etc
