Roles and Responsibilities
Review of disbursement and collection transactions (per transaction or per report base will do, but still has to account professional judgment for risk of material misstatements or control deficiency)
Ensure that all transactions have been properly recorded under Quickbooks accounting software
Review of compilation of documents
Preparation of quarterly financial statement for management (highlights) and compliance purposes
Preparation of branch management reports (profitability and productivity analysis)
Preparation of tax related deliverable
Review of budget control and cash position report
Assist branches in accounting and tax related inquiry from stakeholders. Stakeholders refer to Board of Directors,
Prospective and existing investors, Pharmaceutical companies (prospective and existing suppliers), External accountants and auditors and Branch pharmacist
Communicate updated and relevant accounting and tax processes in a timely manner
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications::
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of business process and systems optimization.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
