Finance ManagerLEO Technologies and Infrastructure Corporation

Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer
Responsible for SEC and BIR documents
Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports
Compile and analyze financial information and document business transactions
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
Oversee the input and handling of financial data and reports
Interact and coordinate with external
Oversee of the financing company operations
Perform other duties as assigned related to financial works
Manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company such as processing of supplier payments, sales invoicing, and other wealth-related transactions
Oversee the finance department employees and provide coaching and mentoring when necessary
Track the company's financial position and performance to identify areas for improvement
Responsible for maintaining good relationships with banks, suppliers, and customers
Communicate with the auditors for all review and audit-related matters
Manage the billing and collections team leader to ensure collection goals are being achieved and disputes and issues are being resolved
Manage the General Accountant/s to ensure proper journalization of financial transactions
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
Approves and manages the tax reporting of the company
Serves as the focal point of all departments for all wealth-related transactions.
Establish and maintain financial policies and standard operating procedures for the company
Adhere to financial regulations and legislation of the Philippine government.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
CPA REQUIRED
At least 5 Years of working experience at a managerial level is a must
Required Skill(s): Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Audit, Tax, Analysis
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Preferably with experience communicating directly with investors, stockholders, and expatriates
Well-versed in Philippine Taxation
Can start immediately
Required language(s): English, Chinese is a plus
