Job Description
Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives;
Formulate, monitor, direct the company's strategic expansion;
Develop, performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction;
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans;
Develop financial an tax strategies;
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes;
Participate in key decisions with the executive management team;
Establish, develop, maintain in depth relations with management team, external partners and stakeholders;
Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury;
Manages financial forecasting, budgeting and treasury processes, and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting;
Oversee the financial operations and company's transaction processing systems;
Oversee the issuance of financial information;
Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies;
Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
Arrange for debt and equity financing;
Invest funds & maintain banking relationships.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/ Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and has a high level of written and oral communication skills;
Possesses strong strategic sense to be able to drive the business forward via providing leadership and insights to achieve and exceed business plan targets;
Forward-looking & providing strategic recommendations to the senior management team & shareholders;
High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result-orientation;
10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of large corporation and has at least 2 years experience in Real estate accounting
