DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day to day financial transactions of the company such as processing of supplier payments, sales invoicing, and other wealth-related transactions.
Communicate and report to the foreign stockholders and parent company.
Oversee the finance department employees and provide coaching and mentoring when necessary.
Track the company's financial position and performance to identify areas for improvement.
Responsible for the proper and timely closing of the books of accounts of PH and SG.
Responsible for maintaining good relationships with banks, suppliers, and customers.
Communicate with the auditors for all review and audit-related matters.
Responsible for payroll review and processing.
Manage the billing and collections team leader to ensure collection goals are being achieved and disputes and issues are being resolved.
Manage the General Accountant to ensure proper journalization of financial transactions.
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
Approves and manages the tax reporting of the company.
Ensure proper computation of sales and collections team's commission.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Serves as the focal point of all departments for all wealth-related transactions.
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
Establish and maintain financial policies and standard operating procedures for the company.
Adhere to financial regulations and legislation of the PH and SG government.
Daily cash management and weekly revenue projections reporting.
Any ad hoc tasks that may be given by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
CPA is an advantage.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 5 Years of working experience at a managerial level is a must.
Required Skill(s): Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Audit, Tax, Analysis
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Preferably with experience communicating directly with investors, stockholders, and expatriates.
Flexible to start immediately or at least in two weeks.
