» ?Provides business decision support to Business Unit Head to ensure achievement of the financial goals of the business.
» Leads the preparation and analysis of the business unit's budget and long range financials including financial evaluation of new business initiatives and products for launch.
» Drives compliance of corporate policies and processes and reviews the same for any improvement opportunities.
» Develops and coach a team of financial analysts to ensure deliverables are rendered and service level to the business unit is maintained
Requirements:
»? Has professional maturity and agility gained due to exposure in handling diverse and multiple projects and/or fast-paced demanding business environment
» Influencing expertise is a must, - i.e. capability to persuade and relate well with customers from business unit heads to peers from different departments
» capability to inspire and lead a team, develop finance talents and coach difficult team members
» availability to lgain and be exposed to the different facets of the business
