Has at least 8 years experience as Finance Manager
A CPA with at least 3 years of experience in audit
Has at least handled 3 or more accounting staff
Very knowledgeable in all aspect of Accounting
Very knowledgeable of the government requirements (BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig)
Has strategic leadership skills
Very analytical, good in financial analysis, cost, and management accounting.
Communicates very well, in Filipino and English, both verbal and in writing.
Can present financial highlights to the President and CEO.
A goal-oriented person, pro-active, and a team player
Has potential to be a Finance Director
