Encoding to BIR Relief/System (Monthly and Yearly deadlines)
Computation of Purchases (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
Encoding to VAT Relief/BIR System (Quarterly)
2550 Q and 1701 Q
Attachments for Income tax returns and Vat returns (encoding to BIR system)
SSS/PHILHEALTH/PAG IBIG
Preparation of Payment (Monthly)
Preparation of SSS, Phil, PAG Forms (Monthly)
Encoding to System of SSS, Phil (online), PAG IBIG (Monthly)
Application of Clearance Yearly
Application of Tax Clearance (yearly)
INTERNAL -COMPANY
RECEIVABLES/TREASURY/INVOICING
Checking of Invoice Vs SO Before delivery (Daily Transactions
Checking of Daily Collection report prepared by treasury as to OR/Log sheet/Passbook/System/Collection Remittance Report form -
Daily Petty Cash Count
Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
Checking of Daily Sales and Collection Report -
Checking of Daily Invoices/DR/TR/ID as to series and signatures -
PAYABLE
Petty cash fund Checking
Processing of liquidation
EXTERNAL SALES REPORT
Requested Sales Reports for Business review in principals.
OTHERS
Attending problems and daily calls in our operations (branches and Other department)
Attending Inter department meeting (Upon Schedules)
Assisting Accounting Staffs for daily encountered Situations
Assist in submission of requirements of principals as to financial requirements
Official Receipt Training to Deliveryman
Meeting with Finance team as to concerns
Filings as to responsibility
Help in improvement of internal processes
Checking of quotations (on a timely basis)
Preparation of PAF
Other task as requested.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
