Must possess a Bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy, or any related course.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but not required.
With at least 3-5 years of working experience handling different facets in Finance (Billing/Treasury/Payroll/Cost/General Accounting).
With good analytical skills and management skills.
Willing to work in Pasig City.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage, supervise and oversee the work of Accounting and Finance Department
Manage overall Accounting and Finance activities by ensuring all entries in A/P, A/R, G/L are accurate and entered in a timely manner
Coordinate with the external auditor/accounting firm for the government compliances particularly BIR reports
Monitors payments of monthly contributions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR etc.)
Prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement) on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the work flow of the department
Review and monitor the operational efficiency and effectiveness of internal control system and make recommendations if necessary
