About the role:We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Manager to serve as the financial backbone of our partners' expanding hospitality, fitness, and commercial real estate portfolio, including thriving franchise operations. In this role, you won't just manage numbers; you'll shape the financial direction of multiple businesses, guide key decisions, and help drive profitability and growth.What You'll Do
Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to keep operations running smoothly.
Prepare insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that go beyond numbers to tell the story behind the companys performance.
Dive into KPI, margin, and variance analysis across store locations to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Present monthly financial reviews to leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
Develop franchise performance dashboards to track success and spot trends.
Build robust financial models to evaluate investments and new business initiatives.
Collaborate closely with operations to align financial targets with business goals.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and oversee audit readiness.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting with franchise/multi-unit experience a must.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker) is a big plus.
Strong analytical thinking paired with clear, confident communication skills.
Bonus points for experience in franchise acquisitions with American companies.
