Description * Reporting directly to the Admin General Assistant Manager and Chief Operations Officer, serving as an integral member of financial management team, as Senior Finance Manager you shall be responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing projections to produce business forecasts, industry, and economic conditions used by Management in making investment decisions. The position also requires preparing and designing financial models and sensitivity analysis on investment prospects by interpreting data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences.
Be responsible for the all administrative work in the company including SEC and BIR required documents to operate
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and internal control procedures • Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, and private funding, contracts, and grants
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control
Reconcile accounting discrepancies
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
Oversee the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
Interact and coordinate with external auditors in completing audits
Coordinate with other departments in the company
Oversee of the financing company operations
Perform other duties as assigned related to financial works
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or any equivalent courses
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
With more than 8 years of working experience in managing admin and finance functions
With at least 4 years in managerial position, ability to manage employees, while multi-tasking large projects
With working Experience in either vehicle dealer and/or finance company
With working knowledge and experience in government reporting and requirements for financing company • Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft office Suite
Experiencing the zero basis set up and mind set that all do it yourself
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Living not too far, preferably in Manila
With strong leadership
Strong interpersonal, managerial and customer service skills required
Must be detail oriented with analytical thinking
Experience in consolidating financial statements is an advantage
Passionate and has a positive attitude towards the job
