The Finance Manager (CPA) is responsible for the direct supervision of all accounting operations and overseeing the Finance Department. He or she will also participate in the creation and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure that the accounting processes are efficient and accurate.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description:
• Prepares all the financial reporting and tax filing
• Preparation of the Annual Budget and monthly maintenance of the rolling forecast
• Management of the company's project management system, building custom reports and systems optimizations to improve effectiveness of reporting.
• Day to Day accounting for both businesses including AP, Billing, HST preparation, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L testing for accuracy and completeness.
• Monthly Financial and KPI reporting including development of management commentary regarding risks and opportunities for both businesses.
• Maintain the capacity and resource planning workbook.
• Provides weekly cashflow update to headquarters
• Cooperates and provides necessary assistance to sales, marketing, and shipment teams for client orders, invoicing, purchasing, and shipments

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field
• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) on Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. (CPA).
• At least 10 years' experience in financial accounting, including managing an accounting team
• Previous experience in a Senior Financial Management role leading a team
• Must have practical experience in accounting systems
• Preferably from the retail industry
• Experience in an audit firm is a plus.
• Excellent Interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
• Required Language(s): English
• Required Skill(s): Financial Report, Tax Filing, Weekly Cashflow Report
• Graduated from the top 10 Universities of the Philippines
