Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
The distribution of the company's financial resources, budget planning, review and monitoring
Supporting the executive management team and stakeholders by providing financial insights and advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Collection, review and interpret financial information, review of financial trends and develop short-term and long-term business plans based on these reports
Maintaining outstanding relationships with banks and other business partners
Ensuring that financial strategies are cost effective and the revenues are maintained
Oversee cash, investments, asset management, cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability
Requirements:
A degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent
Post graduate studies in finance is an advantage
At least 10 years of experience; 5 years of which are on a Managerial level
Highly analytic, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong business awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships, team work and collaboration
Good communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal
A keen eye for details and data analysis
