Description
A Global Learning Solutions Provider is currently looking for a Finance Head who will be taking the lead on Finance functions for global entities as well as on the consolidation process of the different entities of the Group.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Perform business partnership with different entities of the Group
 Provide direction and leadership to the finance groups
 Manage financial operations including Financial Management, Legal/Statutory Requirements, Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Auditing, Taxation and Accounting
 Oversee overall consolidation process
 Establish a good working relationship with the Country Finance Leads.
Qualifications/ skills required:
 At least 15 years experience in Finance and Accounting
 Excellent working knowledge in consolidation involving multiple currencies
 CPA License is an advantage
 Knowledgeable in IFRS, US GAAP and Tax Laws
 Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
 Excellent English Communication Skills.
