The Job
In this role, you will be oversee and manage the accounting & finance function, ensuring timely reporting of monthly financial information and supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
You will be responsible for :
Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing, reporting & analysis.
Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements as well as financial processes, systems and policies.
Consolidation of group entities.
Liaising with internal and external auditors.
Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
Generating reports & analysis to assist senior stakeholders on business reviews and decision making.
Providing an oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.
Managing a team of 1-5 people.
The Profile
You have at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance.
You have at least 2 years experience within an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager or Finance Director/ CFO role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
