Ensures compliance with established comptrollership policies, accounting and control procedures as set forth in the Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual and related memoranda on standard operating procedures.
Provides the Top Management with the necessary financial Group Management reports, proper record keeping, financial controls and other assistance to help achieve its profitability targets.
Qualifications:
1. Certified Public Accountant licensed is required
2. Atleast 10 years of relevant work experience, 5 years of which holding the Finance Head position in a Real Estate and/or Hospitality Industry.
3. Excellent computer skills, experience in MS Excel, other Microsoft application, accounting software and software system implementation;
