As Head of Finance, you will oversee overall financials of the company, including managing the finance and accounting activities, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, pricing & contract management. Ensure that finances are used beneficially and the company complies with regulations.
You are required to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities with the team. Perform financial analysis and strategic position of the company. Effectively maintain the finances of the company and increase profitability.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, payable, administration, procurement and other transactions.
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting.
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Overseeing business decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis, and etc.
Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue through contract management.
Allocating resources, managing budget & finances by recommending cost reduction strategies.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 7 years of experience in general accounting, treasury, taxation and audit.
With proven leadership and management competencies and display strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Has broad knowledge of organizational financial management and accounting principles.
Exhibit strong business acumen and highly effective in anticipating risk, as well as in assessing the financial and operational impact of business decisions.
Highly motivated, with strong work ethics and a high level of enthusiasm.
Strong analytical and decision making abilities.
