Job Overview As an Account Receivable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the financial aspects of our organization. This position is based in the Philippines, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Payment Tracking and Reconciliation: Monitor and track payments received against outstanding invoices. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues with clients promptly. Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions. Credit Control: Implement credit control procedures to minimize overdue payments. Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and deadlines. Evaluate creditworthiness of new clients and establish appropriate credit limits. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes. Address client inquiries and concerns regarding invoices and payments. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client-related issues. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to management for decision-making. Compliance: Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and compliance standards. Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and customer service. Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and credit control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
