- Finance Controlling Specialist is a business partner responsible for analyzing the Business Units' financial operations, ensuring they meet set KPIs, and comply with FSL (Forwarding Subledger) policies.
- Provide guidance to BUs on the achievement of set KPIs.
- Analyze Revenue, Expenses, and Gross Profit of Business transactions.
- Conduct Forwarding Subledger (FSL) training for Operational teams.
- Manage Acon ( in-house) Finance system.
- Support in Month-end Closing Procedures
- Prepare Ad Hoc Reports
Your Skills and Experience
- Graduate of Accountancy, preferably CPA
- With experience in controlling, auditing, and reporting
- Ability to relate to different levels in the organization including business leaders
- Organized and Keen in detail
- Tech Savvy and has experience in using Finance Systems
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel.
