Shift timings - 10 AM - 7 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform customer invoicing and recharges.
Perform hours monitoring in time tracking tools and report for missing hours.
Perform Expense Summary Report that provides information to Cost Centre Managers on the latest status for functional reporting.
Perform Cost Centre Review (actuals vs budget) for possible missing/incorrect booking of accruals and other unusual transactions.
Perform Headcount reporting and reconciliation to reconcile the local headcount report to the Consolidation System.
Perform variance analysis like over/under absorption and cost centre analysis.
Perform warranty creation and consumption, work due, and loss order provision booking.
Perform budget and forecast file preparation and system input.
Perform Contract Summary reporting including analysis on Budget vs Actual for Sales Delivery, Materials, ODC and Labour
Perform contract/project and cost centre closure.
Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliation and other analyses related to projects and contracts.
Supports the timely closing of books particularly on ensuring all accruals assigned are booked and necessary adjustments are made.
Ensures compliance to audit requirements.
Exercise's business partnership with Site or Project Controllers, and GFC counterparts
Updates process documentation on assigned process including internal controls.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years solid experience in General Ledger Accounting, and/or Audit.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
Has good analytical skills and basic reporting.
Proficient in MS Tools specifically Excel.
Experience in SAP ERP system is a plus.
Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
