Month End (P & L, BS reconciliations)

Finance Reporting
Quoting and Estimating assistance
Management Reporting

Position Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting (CPA preferable)
5+ years' experience in a similar role
Experience using software QuickBooks
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Track record of over achieving quota
Attention to detail and accuracy including closely monitoring all aspects of the job and continually checking processes and tasks
Effective communication skills
The ability to listen and follow instructions correctly and good written communication skills including the use of appropriate grammar and spelling
Self-directed, highly motivated and reliable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to be flexible outside of 8:30am-5:30pm working hours to fulfill duties where required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
