Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the School's Finance team
Set targets and supervise accounting and finance personnel for the Schools
Enhance and oversee the company's ERP systems
Ensure accurate and timely monthly management reports
Ensure accurate and timely annual financial statements
Facilitate and support annual audits
Manage and implement tax strategy
Manage the company's cash flow
Provide financial support and guidance to the Mancom
Lead the company's annual budgeting
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to the Management
Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems
Oversee all audit and internal control operations
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations and guidelines
The candidate:
7+ year's experience in finance
3-5+ year's experience at Manager level
Experience in the Education, Technology (or alike) industry preferred
Experience working in a multinational firm an advantage
Professional accounting designation or bachelor degree in business,
An MBA would be considered an asset.
