What we are looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a
Financial Controller & Treasurer
with experience in managing and reviewing the financial processes for small-medium sized enterprises. This role is a new function in the MultiplyMii internal team and you will be assuming the responsibility of the tasks previously handled by the CFO & Co-Founder.

While this role is strictly financial, we are searching for a candidate who is
commercially minded
and can incorporate the business goals into their day-to-day operations.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses strong English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will be responsible for:

-Accounting
- Bookkeeping inside of Xero, ensuring that our books are always balanced, organized, and compliant.
-Forecasting
- Working with the sales and marketing teams to establish short-mid term projections that will be the basis of the targets we set for the Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, and Onboarding teams.
-Budgeting
- Work directly with the leadership team to establish department budgets based on the projections and growth targets. Responsible for approving/rejecting the budgets, and enforce protocols to ensure they're followed.
-Reporting
- Creation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to give visibility to the leadership team over the financial performance of the business. Includes presenting to the team in the Monthly and Quarterly Business Review presentations.
-Invoicing
- Creation and sending of all invoices, which requires working with the Sales and Recruitment team to understand the details and schedule for each invoice.
-Accounts Payable -
Responsible for all Accounts Payable, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and accurately. This includes bi-monthly payroll.
-Accounts Receivable -
Responsible for all Accounts Receivable, including following up with clients and escalating when necessary.
-Purchasing Manager -
Centralized point of contact for purchasing any approved expense and the owner of the accountsmultiplymii email address.
-Expense Tracking -
Tracking of all recurring expenses, particularly software account users, to reduce needless expenditure.
Requirements
Requisites and Experience:

-Certified Public Accountant
-3+ years of experience working in the financial industry
-Experience working in the BPO industry is preferred
-Experience working for a Startup/Small Business is a Big Plus, particularly designing and improving financial workflows
-Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
-Experience working with Xero is a Big Plus.
-Experience managing end-to-end Financial Workflows is a Big Plus.
-This is a remote position.
