Main role is to facilitate and implement all financial activities and processes in accordance with the rules and regulations of SEC and other relevant governing bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Establish finance related processes and system that is aligned with the company's culture and vision to improve its efficiency
Develop operational and financial strategies to preserve company revenue/cash flows
Spearhead the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Invoicing
Cash Flow/Cash Control/Book Keeping
Daily Monitoring of Net Cap
Issuance of Client Statements
Tracking of Proprietary Activities and Positions
Preparation of FS and other Reportorial Requirements of SEC
Coordination with the junior accountant and ensure that all accounting, reporting, tax, compliance, and financial matters are in line with local regulations and policies
Coordination with the junior accountant regarding submission and filing of the mandatory government remittances (All BIR requirements, ITR, SSS, HMDF, and PHIC)
Can provide accurate financial and technical advice and information to the management
Constant improvement and innovation on all aspects of Finance for both the company and all its clients
What you should have
Candidate must possess at least Professional License in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Excellent people management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven in-depth knowledge in accounting and finance
Must have expertise in a stock brokerage in the PSE; or similar trading operations abroad; or experience in consumer focused FinTech companies
