FINANCE COMPTROLLER OFFICER
We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Finance Comptroller Officer to lead our Finance Department. The role oversees financial operations, ensures proper budget control, and provides strategic analysis to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the overall operations of the Finance Department
Analyze and monitor company expenses versus approved budgets
Implement and maintain financial controls, processes, and procedures
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Conduct variance and financial performance analysis
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
Coordinate across departments for accurate and timely financial data
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
CPA is an advantage but not required
Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
Experience in leading or supervising a finance team
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proficient in financial systems and MS Excel
Compensation:
Salary Range: PHP 35,000.00-40,000.00/monthly (depending on qualifications and experience)
