This doesn't happen without our awesome people! We are looking for three (3) Finance Business Partner to join our growing business!
What's on the menu for you to do:
Poviding financial analysis to business unit management by having in-depth understanding of the business, the plausible relationships of its key drivers, the data sources and data flows, and producing scheduled and periodic financial reporting packs that contain logical presentation of financial and non-finanial data and commentaries
Managing financials to ensure targets are achieved via daily/weekly monitoring of run rates against targets, enabling predicitve forecasting to aid to identify opportunities for profitability and/or growth, constant coordination and reporting to and challenging business owners of first-line review of performance, and timely completion of monthly variance analysis reports
Supporting the business unit's financial forecasting by deep-diving on historical trend as well as incorporating financial impacts and requirements of future projects, and accomplishing the periodic Best Estimate / Forecasting reports
Assisting in the preparation of the annual budgets by being knowledgeable about the business' strategic plans, developing simulation tools to enable zero-based budgeting, regular communication of top down guidance and supporting in budget finalization
Assisting in the preparation of investment proposals for planned projects, and providing first line-review of its financial viability and insights for improvement
Assisting in the creation of business unit-specific business valuation tool and guideline
Providing additional data or analysis to the business unit, including ad-hoc support and reports as required, and development and/or implementation of best financial practices
What do you bring to the table?

Minimum bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
Solid four to five (4-5) years of experience in Budgeting, planning, forecasting and management reporting (including variance analysis) preferably with large multinational corporations
Business intelligence, ERP systems, planning platforms and data analytics capabitlity (Anaplan, GDS, Tableau, preferred)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance professionals
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong multitasking skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and in an agile environment
Ability to work independently but is also a great team player who helps create a collaborative working atmosphere
Willingness and ability to initiate and contribute developments and implementations under financial planning
NEW VERTICALS
Minimum bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
Solid two to three (2-3) years (New Verticals - Spaces, Concepts and Kitchens) of experience in Budgeting, planning, forecasting and management reporting (including variance analysis) preferably with large multinational corporations
Solid three to four (3-4) years of experience for New Verticals - DMart and/or Shops FBP
Business intelligence, ERP systems, planning platforms and data analytics capabitlity (Anaplan, GDS, Tableau, preferred)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables etc.)
Sufficient/advanced knowledge on supply chain planning and budgeting
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance professionals
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong multitasking skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and in an agile environment

Solid four to five (4-5) years of experience in Budgeting, planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and management reporting (including variance analysis) with large multinational corporations
Business intelligence, ERP systems, planning platforms and data analytics capabitlity (Anaplan, GDS, Tableau, preferred)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables etc.)
