About the Finance Business Partner Role:
In this role, you will be working closely with the sales team to reach the country's target sales and profit. The role will be reporting directly to the Regional Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
Create strategies and set action plans to reach country goals
Responsible for the sales and profitability of the stores and acts as a strategic financial business partner for the commercial team
Manage the process of forecasting and setting budgets on the financial sales plan and costs to achieve country targets
Identify, develop, recruit and train controlling talent in order to support the business needs, and communicate clearly about business performance and goals to stores and area teams
Support your team members in all controlling aspects
To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and business partnering skills.
Key Requirements:
Experience in retail and/or FMCG is highly preferred
Knowledge in sales controllership and brand building
Good understanding of business financial planning cycles and business case analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Results-driven
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
