Job Description:
Play as the key interface among local finance team, HQ Finance Business Analyst team and local operations team
Provide essential communication, documentation, QA testing and system support for daily operations and projects
Troubleshoot system-related issues
Manage across multiple user groups' needs, concerns and issues regarding changes, enhancements, fixes
Prioritize reporting timelines based on the financial impacts
Ensure the reports are delivered in time with high level of accuracy
Able to identify improvements in the existing reports and process itself
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with proven data analyst/big data experience
Good knowledge in SQL/Python/Power BI
Effective team player and passion to serve
Versatile and results oriented in a fast pace environment
Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skill
Keen sense of ownership, drive and determination
Openness to changes and experience in taking on new challenges
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Can work with limited supervision
