The Position
The C&C Team is adopting Digital Transformation and looking for creative ways to improve our processes and internal systems through technology. Some of the features we would like to focus on are Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation, improving our data integrity, enhanced reporting, as well as streamlining our system integrations. Experience leveraging technology to transform processes and an attitude which embraces change will make you a strong candidate in this role.
The majority of your time in this position will be managing the progress of the C&C Project Roadmap. This includes lending support to the established Project Leads, ensuring that initiatives stay on-track, and regularly reporting on the overall health to the C&C Team. In addition to project management, you will also contribute to analyzing, forecasting and reporting on cash collections, team OKRs, and C&C metrics.
This role will partner with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and rollout system improvements and process changes. Additionally, you will help manage all documentation related to the Credit and Collection function, including creating project scope documents, enhancement requests, testing support, user guides, and training materials. With such close involvement to the systems and process, it is expected that you will grow to be a subject matter expert within the C&C function.
Note: The anticipated schedule for this position is a blend of U.S. and APAC hours, such as early morning to midday local time. The schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or certification in business, finance, accounting, project management, technology, or related fields.
Proficient understanding of the Business-to-Business Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Collections processes.
Demonstrated success with process improvement and project management.
Ability to create project scope documents, make user reference materials, and conduct end-user training.
Experience configuring reporting or dashboards to help interpret data and create a story. Preferred tools include JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx, Google Data Studio or similar tools.
Familiarity with Google Suite products, such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and major ERP/CRM solutions, such as Oracle and Salesforce.
