Provide critical analysis of business operations and key initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to work cross-functionally, applying analytical skills to provide deep and objective assessments to be used for business decisions. 1.) Financial analysis and endorsement of spending proposals to management. Should be able to provide assessment of project's overall assumptions, benefits and risks, not only financial but also understanding of the other aspects i.e. process, customer. Call-outs red flags and risks and gives recommendations on propose solutions or business case improvement. Recommends best approach on how to structure the business case financial model, key assumptions and drivers that will capture and allow quantification of the benefits post-implementation. 2.) Conducts post-review of approved projects. 3.) Provides financial and business expertise and consultancy services to support teams. Requires strong working relations with teams across different functions. 4.) Reviews budget and provides recommendations back up by valid and reasonable support assumptions. Prepares and presents budget reports to key stakeholders. 5) Ensures spending requests are within budget, delivers best-value to the company. 6) Looks out for opportunities to drive cost down, improve process for resource efficiencies thru cost transformation, management and control. 7) Ensures proponents compliance with established spending guidelines and policies thru regular review of performance reports and requests, pro-active participation in steerco meeting updates, etc. Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
