RingCentral Manila is launching an Internship Program called "Ringternship". Top students from prestigious partner schools are open to apply. This will be a special program designed to cater to different business units in the company - Finance, HR, IT, Analytics, etc. Once selected, interns will form part of a batch that will go through group corporate initiatives like webinars and meet and greet and also specialized hands on learning hours with assigned mentors. Next batch will be open for October, 2020 start.
Function & Responsibilities:
To ensure inquiries from customers, sales and other departments are being actioned timely. The Analyst will be required to provide assistance to Billing team members in customer related transactions and disputes to accommodate billing-collections solutions.
Reviewing of executed agreements to ensure that action items for Billing are accomplished
Manually create and send Professional Service invoices
Generate SLA report to be sent out to the team
Create OID codes requested by Marketing
Manage billing inquiries from customer and other internal department
Assist with Ad Hoc projects
Reports directly to MNL Billing Leaders and work closely together with Billing members
Collaboration with different teams within the organization such as Sales, GSS, Marketing and other Finance teams
Qualifications:
Highly analytical and proficient in MS Office
Business Management/Finance/Accounting Major
Work well under pressure and fast-phase environment
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be ammenable for a Work From Home set up until next year
Must be willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong City on a night shift 11PM-8AM
