1. Accounting Staff
Organizes, stores and analyzes data, such as Nielsen(Arianna), Kantar(InstarAnalytics) and other Audience measurements as necessary and inherent to the role.
Prepares competitive reports and analysis of the own network performance and competition.
Assists different related departments in analyzing advertising related data and reports.
Runs the Nielsen and Kantar data report such as, but not limited to: PHINTAM, NUTAM, ARIANNA, AIS, (National and MegaTAM) including running of AQX software
Formulates initial insights from the reports
2. Collection Assistant
The Collection Assistant is responsible for executing collection activities accurately and in a timely manner. He/she will ensure that the collection efficiency target is achieved. Part of the responsibility of the Collection Assistant is to support, monitor, and closely coordinate with the collection agencies, and resolve SDQ tickets assigned to the team within turn-around time
3. Junior Spend Analyst
Processof RFPs & AP invoices for various vendors, suppliers & employeesincluding progress billing,Treasury transactions, importation & government remittances
See to it that pertinent supporting documents are attached to the invoices
Make sure 3-way match is done
Ensure that transactions are properly recorded according to accounting policies and proceduresvia SAP (as to GL, IO, Cost & Profit Center)
Taxes are properly booked6.Printing of 23077.Revaluation of foreign currencies
Make sure that AP invoices are timely transmitted to Treasury for pay-out
Preparation of Reports
Reconciliation & clean-up of various accounts
Answer queries from various proponents, vendors,or suppliers
1. Accounting Staff
Candidate must be an Accountancy graduate
Fresh graduate or 2 years work experience, preferably in a TV network or media agency
Experience in Kantar/Nielsen software is an advantage.
Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
Can easily adapt on the workflow of the activities given.
Good analytical skills and has the capability to create new frameworks and better processes.
Proficiency in using MS Excel and Powerpoint
2. Collection Assistant
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting is required for this position.
With excellent client service skills.
Can easily adapt on the workflow of the activities given.
Excellent analytical skills.
3. Junior Spend Analyst
With sound knowledge in accounting and basic taxation
With computer knowledge
Results oriented
Good communication skills
Can work well with a team
Can manage himself well under pressure
Willing to learn
Good interpersonal skills
