Perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions (via Quickbooks Online and other related systems) to ensure that the company's finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Prepare and send Billing Invoices to clients
Process and record company expenses, reimbursements, and liquidation
Facilitate and monitor collections and payables; perform collection on past due accounts via phone and email
Budgeting and cash flow management
Bookkeeping requirements and general ledger reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts
Preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and other reportorial compliances, VAT policies & other related matters
Involvement in preparation of Financial Statements, OPEX analysis, coordination with external auditors
Assist in the compliance on various finance-related requirements of government bodies SEC, LGU, SSS, HDMF and PhilHealth.
Graduate of BS Accountancy and other related courses
Having a valid CPA license is an advantage.
Must have at least 3 years of related work experience
Knowledgeable in computerized Accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online
Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel
Highly analytical & quick to resolve problems
High level of attention to details
Strong adherence to deadlines
