Lead teams of financial professionals across the regional countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and India.

About the role
The right person will be involved in helping drive accurate finance related requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to take a step into a highly dynamic global business and learn to become a true specialist in the area of finance. The role will be a remote working role (on a hybrid work set-up) that supports our Singapore Finance team and reports to the Global Finance Controller based in Singapore.
Perform bookkeeping, accounting, and month-end closing of financial statements for the entity
Manage the accounts payable to our vendors, consultants, business partners, etc
Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices according to payment policy
Involved in the reconciliation and preparation of inventory inbound/outbound recording against warehouse reports
Prepares monthly funding requests to HQ to support the business activities in Mama C Singapore
Support regulatory and internal reporting, which includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and any other ad hoc reporting to regulatory bodies
Monitor entity's adherence to local statutory and tax deadlines
Supports in any ad-hoc finance-related tasks
What are we looking for
A degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 2 years working experience in audit or accounting
Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite
Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams and business leader
Analytical and project management ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in e-commerce finance-related role will be advantageous
Preferably someone with audit experience
