JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepares and analyzes monthly Project Cost Monitoring Report (PCMR)
Conducts comprehensive review and analysis of project reserves and regularly provides updates and highlights per project, along with recommendations to Project Development Group
Responsible for control and monitoring of project's total budget and expenditure
Quarterly reporting of Project Reserves status as part of Business Review
Provides presentation related to project cost and other monthly management reports such as Reserves Summary, Contingent Liability Report
Yearly budgeting and forecasting of Development Cost Cash Flow
Performs close out activities to declare financial status for construction-completed projects
Prepares monthly Percentage of Completion (POC) summary:
Monthly actuals vs. commitments
POC certification
Coordinates with counterparts on actuals and monthly commitments
Provides monthly POC reporting to Mancom
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of Accountancy or other Finance related courses
Proficient in Excel and other MS Office Applications
Preferrably with at least one (1) year experience
With experience in varoius reports generation
Preferrably with working knowlege of SAP
Good communication skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Results-oriented, flexible and fast-learner
Amenable to work on-site and WFH set-up
