1. JOB PURPOSE
Ensure outstanding payables are settled on time.
To ensure payment turn-around time is met.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely processing of disbursements.
Avail of early payment discount, if any.
No processing of employee cash advance with pending for liquidation.
Zero penalty on late processing of billing.
Proper filing of documents.
Ensure paid expenses are within the budget.
Assist in the annual budget preparation.
3. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.
Actively participate and communicate in the team-based work groups.
Other functions that may be necessary to the overall function.
