Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Communicate routinely with Construction and Project Managers on a variety of job-related topics including bonding, insurance and contract agreements.
Will monitor movement and progress of weekly site accomplishments
Will monitor and file Contract documents and make sure that all supplementary works on site are well accounted for
Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans.
Preparation of all monthly financial reports.
Manage project cash flow.
Work with project site staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly.
Will do Billings and Collections
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Civil Engineering  required
At least 3 years of progressive finance experience is required
Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
At least 1-year experience on Construction Management or General Contracting
Understanding of commercial insurance policies required
Must be a team player and must be willing to work overtime.
Must be of good moral character
Must be proficient in both oral and written English language
Honest, trustworthy and patient
